Excalibur Con AI (Artificial Intelligence) Policy

Excalibur Con Pop Culture & Table Top Gaming Convention has set a policy regarding AI content, including art/images, written content, or the combination thereof. An artist or vendor may not sell or display any AI-produced content at Excalibur Con. If a creator uses this format for their work outside of Excalibur Con that is their choice; however, we ask that no such work be presented at our events. Any vendor or artist that is found to be doing so, will be asked to remove these items from display or may be asked to leave the premises without refund or compensation. 

All tickets to Excalibur Con Pop Culture & Tabletop Gaming Convention are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Failure to adhere to this may result in forfeit of badges.

All entries to the tournaments sponsored by Excalibur Con Pop Culture & Tabletop Gaming Convention are non-refundable, but are transferable. Please talk to event staff to do so.

Attendee agrees to allow the use of photographs, video, or other recordings in the course of promotion of current and future events. By accepting entry to Excalibur Con, attendee releases MNSWCA.org or event organizers of any requirement for compensation or liability for said promotion. 

Attendee agrees to the general policies contained herein. Excalibur Con Pop Culture & Tabletop Gaming Convention is a family-friendly, inclusive event that strives to be welcoming to all. This includes a code of conduct that attendees agree to at Excalibur Con events, including, but not limited to respectful language, modest attire, and adherence to all DECC policies. Attendee will abide by any and all decisions made by DECC staff and Excalibur Con volunteers and staff. Failure to do so will result in removal from the event, and/or revocation of any entry badges without refund or compensation.

Attendee assumes all risk in attending Excalibur Con Pop Culture & Tabletop Gaming Convention. The convention, MNSWCA.org, DECC or other organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or detained items, including badges or other product. The event organizers are not responsible for injury or material/physical loss in the course of attending this event.

Should the attendee not adhere to this policy or other stated policies, they may be asked to leave the venue and/or forfeit entry badges without compensation.
